How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Where do you ship?

We deliver to addresses in all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

When will my order ship?

Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CT, observing CST/CDT as applicable) on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) start processing that day; later orders, and orders placed on weekends or holidays, start processing the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2-4 business days after dispatch to every state, Alaska and Hawaii included. Delivery estimates count business days only, do not include processing time, and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Where does my order ship from?

Orders ship from 415 Olive Branch Way, Oxford, MS 38655. Inventory is held at 415 Olive Branch Way, Oxford, MS 38655. We do not use a third-party fulfillment partner. Orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Your shipping confirmation includes a USPS tracking number.

How do I track my order?

We email tracking as soon as your order leaves 415 Olive Branch Way, Oxford, MS 38655; tracking can take up to 24 hours to update in the USPS system.

What if my address is wrong?

Check your address carefully at checkout. If a package comes back undeliverable, contact support@neatvalley.com before it is reshipped.
