Orders ship from our business address at 7900 Clamshell Ave, Ocean Springs, MS 39564, United States, where our inventory is held. Orders are packed and shipped by our own team; we do not use a third-party fulfillment partner.

Carrier

All orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The tracking number in your shipping confirmation is a USPS tracking number.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

2. Processing Time

Our order cutoff is 2:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CT, observing CST/CDT as applicable), Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff begin their processing window that business day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin their processing window on the next business day.

Order processing takes 2-5 business days before dispatch. The cutoff does not mean same-day dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

U.S. Standard Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Contiguous United States (48 states): free Standard Shipping, typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Alaska: estimated 7-10 business days after dispatch. Hawaii: estimated 7-10 business days after dispatch. Standard Shipping is free in both states.

Transit estimates do not include order processing time. Allow both processing and transit time for delivery; weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Tracking

Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once an order leaves our Ocean Springs, MS location. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear in the USPS tracking system.

5. Address Accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable, contact support before reshipment is arranged.
