A flat flange frames each cushion like a border around a simple picture.
These Neat Valley cushion covers combine ramie and cotton with a flat flange around the edges. The pack contains covers for your own inserts; inserts are not included. Set the covers against a patterned sofa, or pair them with a differently shaped cushion on the bed. Turn the flanged edges outward when arranging them so the outline remains visible.

Can I return something I bought?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, whether or not the item is defective.
What condition does the item need to be in?
Unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Bedding and towels should also be unwashed.
How do I send it back, and who pays for shipping?
Write to support@neatvalley.com with your order number and the reason for the return; we reply within 1-2 business days. Use the prepaid return label included in your package, so return shipping is free, and we do not charge restocking fees.
When will I get my money back?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive and inspect the return.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We refund the full amount at no cost to you, and any item we need back travels on the prepaid return label from your package.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
